For the Ebara Group to achieve sustainable growth on a global scale, it is essential that we remain a trusted presence among our stakeholders. To that end, it is a fundamental principle of the Ebara Group that all officers and employees understand the Group’s ethical framework — including our distinctive “The Ebara Way” and Code of Conduct — and internalize them as shared values and a common identity. We expect all members of the Group to act with integrity in accordance not only with laws and regulations, but also with internal policies and societal norms. This approach forms the basis of the Ebara Group’s fundamental policy.

In recent years, the social environment surrounding corporations has undergone significant changes, and the importance of compliance is growing more than ever. To meet these societal expectations, all officers and employees are to act in accordance with the Ebara Group’s ethical framework, promptly correct any violations or potential risks of non-compliance, and help foster a healthy corporate culture. In addition to your regular reporting lines, we will establish a Global Hotline as a globally shared internal reporting channel.
