In line with E-Plan 2025 – Creating value from the customers’ perspective, we are more focus to customer needs and utilize a more customer-oriented approach in our everyday business activities, contributing to environmental and social efforts with aims to enhance corporate value.
Business segmentation is reviewed to optimize customer support, expanding economic benefits nationwide. Customer-focused approach prompts us to be more aware of customer expectations on product performance, service delivery, and sustainability. We increase value by applying Ebara’s Founding Spirit of Passion and Dedication in our daily operations, practicing ethical conduct always to meet social expectations.
We target environmental concerns by continuing company efforts towards sustainability. Digitalization activities are ongoing to improve our productivity and save resources. Maintenance works are scheduled to prolong equipment lifespan and enhance efficiency, contributing positively to environment conservation.
Unity is the key to mutual success. We respect every role as each contribution creates an impact on our business growth. I urge all staff to conduct everyday activities with the Ebara Way, forming good values for social contribution. Interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation are strongly encouraged for effective teamwork.
